ALL ITEMS MUST BE FRESHLY LAUNDERED BEFORE CONSIGNING.

We consign by appointment only, you must call ahead to bring in items. Limit of 20 items per appointment or drop off (Not including shoes or jewelry) So pick your best 20 items!)

New consignors- At your first appointment, we will complete contract paperwork and answer any questions about procedures. After your first appointment you may utilize the “drop & donate” procedure or continue with in-person appointments.

Drop & Donate- You may drop off items if you agree to allow us to donate items not sales-floor worthy. You must call ahead for a drop date to drop off items. (20 items maximum) If there are items we will not keep they will be donated to local charity of our choice. Please use shopping bags or containers you don’t want returned. NO TRASH BAGS PLEASE!

If you are not comfortable with items being donated, please call to set up an in-person appointment. Please only bring seasonally appropriate items, as we do not have room to store items. If you are listing on E-Bay, Poshmark, etc., please DO NOT bring those items in to consign.

We are a consignment store, not a thrift store. Only current fashionable pieces in like-new condition sell.

(No Shein, Temu, Wal-Mart, Target, Rue 21, Forever 21, Old Navy, etc. or any “big box” store.)

All clothing items ABSOLUTELY must be FRESHLY laundered, wrinkle free and on hangers or neatly folded in shopping bags. We will not take items in TRASH BAGS! Please check all pockets (esp. purses and jackets), use stain remover when washing, and make sure there is no fragrance on any garment.

Shoes must be like new. No scuffs, toe marks or hair inside. Please polish them if needed. We will not accept dirty shoes. Please clean them before bringing them in.

Remember: the better it looks, the better (and faster) it will sell!

Please don’t be offended if we pass on some items. If we accept an item and later find that we missed an imperfection, we will donate the item.

There is a 20-item limit per appointment (not including shoes and jewelry.)

The consignment period is 60 days from the day the article is priced and put on out on the sales floor. We do not call you before donating.

If you are still too attached to your items, we recommend you don’t consign them.

The consignor receives 40% of the selling price. We do not contact you, monies should be picked up within 6 months of credit. Failure to do so will result in monetary credit being voided. Checks are only mailed upon request. There is a check fee of $2.50 to mail checks. You are responsible for any stop payment fees on lost or stolen checks.

Funky Trunk Boutique is not liable for loss by theft, fire, water, computer failure or acts of nature.
